To apply for an IEEE-USA Congressional Fellowship, applicants must complete the application materials and follow the instructions provided.

2011 PROGRAM APPLICATION DEADLINE: 15 MARCH 2010

If selected for a face-to-face interview, finalists must be able to attend in person.  Rescheduling the face-to-face interview is not an option. The interviews for 2011 Fellows are scheduled for THURSDAY, MAY 20th FRIDAY, MAY 21st, 2010.
